This cocktail is ideal for the colder months, with Smoked chase Vodka, Beef jus and Dry sherry, you are in for a treat.
Ingredients:
Pinch of celery salt
Pinch of black pepper
Dash of beef gravy
1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
30mlChase smoked vodka
20ml Tio pepe
100ml Tomato juice
15ml lemon juice
3 drops tabsco
1 celery stick, a rasher of bacon
Method:
Add all the ingredients in the order described above, then stirred and double strained the cocktail into a tumbler glass and garnished with a Smoky bacon rasher.
