We are throwing open the doors of our brand new Oyster Shack to host a very special supper club in collaboration with Nyetimber!
Join us on Tuesday 23rd July from 6.30pm as Head Chef Matt prepares the ultimate seafood feast. Start with a selection of Colchester rock oysters shucked live from the Oyster Shack then tuck into the following four courses each paired with delicious Nyetimber sparkling wines:
5x Colchester rock oysters and condiments, Artisanal Merguez sausage, shallot and champagne vinegar, bloody Mary ketchup
Scottish clear water crab on toast, Devilled brown crab, apple and lemon
Char grilled 40-day aged angus rib eye cap “Deckle” steak, Organic Watercress salad, Buttered Cornish mids and bearnaise
Or
Pan seared River Ouse sea trout, Olive oil crushed potatoes, Essex samphire, lemon and chive emulsion
Kent strawberries and meringue, Jersey gold top cream and mint
Head Chef Matt with co-host the supper club, along with Nyetimber ambassador Steffan Griffiths who will talk all things English wine!
