The Hot Chocolate Collection
Dive into a world of hot chocolate, crafted with a base of velvety Valrhona Nyangbo 68% chocolate. Choose from a classic cup, a boozy twist with Singleton whisky or our signature Salted Caramel & Bacon – you heard it right!
Customise it your way with a range of syrups like Hazelnut, Spiced Chai or Apple and Cinnamon, top it with whipped cream or add a side of Valrhona truffles.
Warming Singleton cocktails
It’s not just hot chocolates! Enjoy our Exclusive Singleton Whisky cocktail list created by Bar Manager Ed Frost, including the warming Dufftown Hot Toddy and the chocolate orange inspired Alexander Speyside with Oabika – Valrhona’s delicious cocoa fruit juice.
Plus, try our festive turkey schnitzel sandwich with coleslaw, cranberry sauce and topped with a fan favourite – a pig in blanket!
